The Storytelling Workshop looks to the students for their creativity and ideas.  The emphasis is on THEIR improvisation.  By using their own experiences and looking at World Stories, we develop language, confidence and spontaneity.  Gigglemug Interactive Theatre uses both drama techniques and theatre studies to help each individual student reach their potential in our usual fun, high energy, interactive style.​​​​​  This focus runs alongside:

By developing confidence with English, we create confidence in the students to think sponteanously and to connect to the materials that they are presented with.  Many of the techniques used in our workshops are covered under the themese in Citizenship. Groups develop not only storytelling and drama skills, but also practical English.  At the same time they are sharing thoughts, listening to others, presenting to and giving feedback to the group. These workshops develop focus, connection and expression. They also engender confidence in how to express points of view in a confident and autonomous way... plus some drama to help with this!​
