The Equality and Diversity Workshops places the emphasis on the ideas, thoughts and feelings of the students as we explore internationalisation and inclusivity.  Gigglemug Interactive Theatre is very proud of this workshop, which covers a range of important, everyday topics and themes that are delivered in our fun, high energy, interactive style.​​​​​  This focus runs alongside:

 

• Developing confidence with English

• Emotional Development Intelligence

• Working as an individual as part of a bigger team

• Countless physical challenges and mental tasks
   

​​​​​​​Through this, we explore the topic by developing CONFIDENCE and CONNECTION through the themes covered by CITIZENSHIP.  We explore how these themes apply to the group and what it means for THEM and THEIR ideas. We see that groups flourish in these workshops by working spontaneously and using practical English to discuss the ideas. At the same time they are sharing thoughts, listening to others, presenting to and giving feedback to the group. These workshops develop focus, connection and expression. They also engender confidence in how to express points of view in a confident and autonomous way... plus some drama to help with this!
